| Our Madison area client is adding a quality professional to their high volume metal product production team. This addition will have strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills. The capacity to prioritize and multi-task is important.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare quality assurance plans, oversee ISO-9000 specifications and processes, analyze quality problems and develop cause and corrective action plans, and interface with customers to address quality problems. Develop PPAP submittal information, identify critical characteristics, PFMEAs, flow charts, gauge selection / R&Rs, and work with Engineering and Manufacturing Managers to keep production flowing.
Our client will only VISA sponsor under NAFTA.

| Skills: |
REQUIREMENTS: BS degree in Engineering (mechanical, industrial, manufacturing preferred) and 3 plus years Quality experience in a precision manufacturing environment. CQE would be a big step in the right direction! ! !
MUST have: GD&T, SPC, PPAP, Auditing, CMM, and ISO.
NICE to have: Six Sigma, QMS, process mapping, CQE, and solid computer skills. |
